In the cleaning of lagoons, the innovative Geotube® technology is used, for the dewatering of accumulated sludge, confinement and dewatering of existing sediments.

Ambitrevo has highly qualified teams and unique technology, developed for this purpose and adaptable to each situation. To this end, a survey of the existing situation is carried out, initial characterization with the limitation of the bottom and sediment concentrations in 3D imaging, using the Eco Sonar point technology, with the elaboration of a georeferenced bathymetric chart.

In the filling phase, the sludge is pumped into the Geotube®, at the same time an injection of environmentally safe polymers is made, which will contribute to an effective flocculation of the sludge and contribute positively to good drainage and good performance in the consolidation phase.

The Ambitrevo It has mobile units to operate the system under the most varied working conditions, allowing effluent flocculation, with a treatment capacity of up to 250m³/hour and system for collecting, filtering and pressurizing the permeate of the Geotube®, for the preparation of flocculant solution, in different concentrations, without additional water consumption, among others.

The entire process is automated, controlled and monitored in real time, and all parameters, such as temperature, pressure, flow rates used, dry matter contents, quantities and concentrations of polymer used, among others, are recorded during the work cycle.

At the end of the work, after the opening of the Geotube® units, the resulting sludge is sent to a suitable final destination.
